Mokeira confidently and eloquently expressed her game using the video that she created.
Mokeira joined Tinker while she was 6 years old. Her teachers have seen her growth and development in the mastery of the Scratch Platform. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to quickly comprehend concepts that are being taught and apply them in the general pattern of learning.
“Think like a Queen. A Queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another stepping stone to greatness” Opera Winfrey
Mokeira is not afraid to make mistakes, she learns from trial and error, this is what she uses to improve her projects. This comes from her positive learning attitude that has contributed to her consistent competency development.
Here, she is sharing her favorite Scratch Project. She confidently and eloquently expressed her game using the video that she created.
Her game is known as “Brick Bouncer” The player uses a mouse pointer to move the paddle and ensure that the ball doesn’t touch the ground. The ball is meant to hit as many bricks as possible. Each time the player hits a brick the player earns a point.
You can attempt to make the project on your Scratch since she is giving a tutorial guide on how to make the project.
Here Tinker we recognize and celebrate progress and growth, and we are proud of our very own Mokeira.
